"We booked our taxi for 12:45. We got a confirmation email for the booking and got charged £1.50 for an sms confirmation too, for no reason. At 12:50 I had to call because no taxi had arrived yed. I got told that they would have phoned the driver and phone me back. After more than 10 minutes I finally got a call back, asking if we were ready and saying that our taxi would be there in 5 minutes. The taxi arrived way after 5 minutes, so with more than 20 minutes delay. Plus, we had a little kitten in a small carrier and the driver at first refused to let us on, saying that we should have selected the pet option on the website. We tried to explain to him that there was no such option, and after a discussion, we understood that they did not work for Taxicode, they worked for Uber, and Taxicode booked a Uber instead of using one of their taxis, and this is why we did not see any pet option on the website, because we booked from Taxicode and not from the Uber website. The driver informed us that if we had booked directly with Uber, the trip would have costed us just £13 instead of £51.50. This is such a rip off! Such an overpriced service for such a bad experience! Due to the delay, we missed our train. It is insane that a company that provides taxi is not able to provide their own taxi and gets Uber with more than 20 minutes delay! When I got the call back and got asked if we were ready, it makes me think that they just did not want the Uber to wait for us, so they could maximise their profit. They told me to go wait outside when the car wasn't even there! I would definitely not recommend this service!"

"GREAT SERVICE Ahmed called earlier in the day to confirm the arrangements which was comforting as we had been let down by other companies in the past. He arrived on time and was extremely polite and friendly to take us to our annual works Xmas party. When he collected us later to take us back to our hotel he kindly detoured to take some of the passengers to McDonalds. Thank you so much My only issue would be that I wasn't aware the balance payment would automatically be taken so I have actually paid twice for our journey"

"Driver did not turn up at the required time. i looked around the terminal building for a person, there was noone there. i went outside there was no cars parked. i was advised to go to the bus stop where taxi's park. there was was taxi's there but i asked all of them if they were for me but none were. i called the 01134182036 twice at 8:17 and 8:21, there was no answer i called the 03337729737 twice at 8:17 and 8:22 there was no answer. i was concerned about being late for my meeting so i contacted another taxi company who was able to take me. i then received a call from 01134609396 to advise my driver was waiting, however by this stage i was already in another car and had just pulled away. i would like my money to be returned. "

As we were going to catch a flight at the airport I could not delay any longer so I had to call another company who came within 10 minutes (and your driver still had not turned up) . I have emailed you to complain, ask for an apology and refund my money( but have had no reply) . I am now abroad so will not currently take phone calls. I expect a full refund to be processed (£33.50)"

"We booked a return taxi. Picking us up at 11:30am and dropping us back off at 22:30pm. Our taxi did not show up at all for our pick up at 11:30am, we waited over an hour and in the end we had to find an alternative way of transport, which was a massive inconvenience especially with the train strikes. We tried to ring the company and the driver himself in the meantime, but no one answered and when I finally got through, no one knew anything. Luckily our taxi was there to pick us up at 22:30 so we weren’t stuck on getting home but we’re massively disappointed with the no show earlier in the day. I do expect a refund of half the payment, seen as though we only ended up getting a one way taxi instead of return and the inconvenience of having to find an alternative way there with no warning. I will not be using this company again. "

I rang the company after 15 minutes and was told he should be there. 10-15 minutes later the driver phoned me from the car park and told me to come outside and find him as he wasn’t coming inside. I am not familiar with Leeds Airport and it was a rainy night. I had to walk around the car park until I saw him. Also charge of £32+ was too expensive for such a short journey to the Airport Hotel Brittany’s and no meet & greet as ordered. The following day I got a taxi from the hotel into Leeds city (much longer journey) for £10 and later a bus back to the airport for £2. "
